Conference Registration Information

Registration is not open at this time.  March 4, 2026.

Authors must be registered by June 8, 2026, in order to submit their final paper.

Authors must register at the appropriate Member or Non Member rate according to their membership status. Student authors should also register at thier appropriate Student Member or Student Non Member rates.

For each Technical Publication, a minimum of one author must be registered and paid.

Authors and other conference attendees can register as soon as the registration platform is open. 

All attendees are encouraged to register early to take advantage of discounted registration rates. 

All rates are in CAD.  GST will be added during checkout.

Tutorial Rates will be $500 full day regular and $150 full day student.  Wednesday 1/2 day tutorials are available to conference attendees only and the rates will be $250 regular and $75 student.  Rates will be increased for onsite registration.

Student rates will need to show ID for onsite check in.
